1.BTF-1200C-3FL a CE certified spiltable single zone tube furnace with mechanical vacuum pump or mechnical pump
and three channel gas flowing system. It can achieve a maximum vacuum up to 10-2 torr and mix 1-3 types of gases for
CVD or diffusion.
2..We adopted imported vacuum pump and valve with reliable quality.
3.The technology of control circuit is vague PID automatic control with high precision temperature and operate easily.
5.The CVD growing-system can be used in CVD art,like carborundum substrate coating,conductivity test of ceramic film,controlled growth of Zno nanometer structure and MLCC atmosphere sintering experiment etc.
