• 2" default flange with 1/4'' Bard fittings, 1/4'' tube feedthrough port (for 1/4" O.D thermocouple insert) and a KF25 vacuum port

• 1" flange has no thermocouple insert

• 10^-1Pa can be achieved by mechanical pump

• 10^-3Pa can be reached by molecular pump
