Product Description:
1.This is the RTP tube furnace heated by infrared lamp,with 90mm tube diameter and it can meet with 3 inches samples experiment.
2.I t can speed up the process of cooling with tube slip off from the chamber.If you want to accelerate the process of
heating ,you can heat the temperature to the standard temperature,then let the sample slip into the heating zone.
3.The chamber of this equipment is adopted vacuum adsorptive moudle of high precise alumina fibre material and it has
high-temperature protected coating on the furnace.Not only can keep the lowest power consumption of energy,can reduce
heat consumption effectly.
4.Pneumatic spring structure can make the operator open the equipment safely.
