1.ZMF-1600C (developed by our company) can be used in the semiconductor devices under the 1550ºC,heat
treating ofmental material ,reducing sintering and so on.Moreover ,it can be used in the carbonization experiment
of product.
2.The heating element of this furnace is MoSi2 bar of U shape.The temperature controller is PID automatic control
and automatic function,30 programmable segments for precise control and protection for overheating and broken
thermocouple.
3.High purity fibrous alumina insulation material of furnace chamber is small thermal capacitance,high flexibility of
temperature cycles controller and energy saving .You can chose mechanical pump or vacuum unit which is very
suitable in test and small batch production
